The space, beds, and location were fantastic! Appliances were efficient and the shower was amazing. Will definitely stay here again, just maybe in another unit.

Felt like being home, no complaints.

Great for family. It is found at the end of the road. Bay view was worthy. Furthermore, I could use free Wi Fi.

The property is very clean, has great rooms and views. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like touch of italy that was only 15 minutes' walk away. We liked our stay.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this resort! The rooms were spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the convenience of having wifi in our apartment, even though it wasn't mentioned in the initial information. it was a wonderful experience.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. The check-in time of 5pm was a bit late, and the check-out time of 10am felt a bit early.

I just like the location and that it was cheap.

The resort need an upgrade. It smelled like smoke and pet pee. It looks old, the air conditioning was not working, we just had cable in one room. They promise to send someone to fix the air, no one showed up or even call. ocen City has better hotels than this one.

The only thing good about our trip at the hotel was that we finally got air-conditioning and one working bathroom. We did enjoy the beach and the pool at the resort.

It was a terrible experience. We arrived to find out our room had no air- conitioning and the bathroom in one of the rooms was non-functional. The person in charge told us she would get someone to fix both things and about 4 hours later after I made phone calls to both Booked.net and the main Lucayan Resort, did anyone show up. They came with a fan for the room and someone attempted to fix the toilet. After we told them how unhappy we were, they gave us another room (which was unavailable earlier in the day). That room was air-conditioned but after using one of the toilets, it broke again. The next day, the ceiling in the second bathroom was leaking and they could not find anything wrong. Other half of the ceiling was wet and dripping.

During our recent stay at Lucayan Resort By Kees Vacations, we had a great time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The resort offers fine views of the bay from the end balconies, and the beach is just a short distance away. We also found some fantastic restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out. The rooms were comfortable, with the master bedroom having two balconies, a TV, and a king bed. The secondary bedroom had its own attached bathroom and balcony, a nice touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary supplies, making it easy for us to prepare meals. we were pleased to find that the resort is pet-friendly, great to bring our furry friend along. Lucayan Resort provided us with a beautiful and family-friendly experience.

The room was a good size and clean.

I wish the times to get in and out were more flexible.

Very relaxing and quiet. Came with another couple and shared the condo. Really liked how condo was laid out especially with having 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen with eating area. Definitely interested in renting again but for longer duration, and would love to own one someday!

Check-in needs to be earlier- not 5pm and check out needs to be later- not 10 am. We it there earlier than expected and would have liked to get into the room.

The place was roomy, quiet, and clean. Easy check-in process with pin number. Surprisingly had wifi. Beautiful view and sunsets. Accommodating for family and pets. Close to beach and restaurants. Walking distance to everything.

It was clean, bug free and family friendly.

The appearance of the hallways are unfinished, the surrounding area around the parking facility is cluttered, junk all over the area, not well lit. For the price of the stay, there is no staff on site to contact if problems arise. The check in process is horrible, no designated location, office or customer assistant site on premises for the guests. The site lacks amenities for the guest. The rooms are outdated, new beds and furniture for the rooms require an upgrade.

it was fairly close to the beach, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice.

we were con,d into bringing our pet, we were having trouble finding someone to watcg our pet so i called to see if i could bring him and was told yes free of charge, my confirmation papers say free of charge also, wow so we took the dog when we arrived first there was no office just a girl with a small card table by the elevator she said to keep the dog there would be 75 dollars, i showed her my papers and she said i dont care what they say 75 bucks or go home basically, a con job. also the air cond didnt work the rooms were falling apart and after checking in the girl threw the table in her escalade and left and we didnt see another so called staff person the whole time we were there. we have paid less for much better places in the past.

During my recent stay at Ocean City, Melany at the office was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. The maintenance team was also very helpful in addressing any concerns I had. Our room was pleasantly surprising - clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft, and the kitchen, though small, was functional. The staff promptly addressed any issues, such as parking permits, and the condo itself was nice and roomy with a great balcony and views of the bay.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The TV's in the bedrooms were not working. Dirty rugs, the look of the bathroom was not a pretty one, water drip all nite, the cabinets were old and dingy looking. We're on vacation and we had to do housekeeping when we left. Undress the beds, take out the garbage, etc. For the money that we were charged I do not believe was worth it. It surely was one of the worst places I've stayed in all my history of vacations. Very disappointed with the services and the quality of the condo it's self for the monies paid. :(

The room was clean

Upon arrival there was no office or manager to get a key for our room !,we were not informed about this !!! We started making phone calls with the phone number which showed up on our booking confirmation. We got the information to call a number in the uk, the total phone time we needed to get the right information was 21.5 minutes, in Euro's 25,28 ! Besides of the above; no batteries in the tv remote control, one lightning bulb missing in the living room, smoke detector hanging open with no batteries ( foto available ) Please comment on the above
